DES Lunch & Learn

To support the DES mission, the Director’s Office of Community Engagement (OCE) offers a monthly “brown bag” Virtual Lunch & Learn (L&L) so staff can hear about the programs within the DES scope of social services and partner organizations. We invite presenters on various topics that can improve how we serve and provide additional resources for our customers. Our focus is on information for staff to provide resources for customers (and often themselves) or to improve customer service.
