Homebuyer Education Class

This all day Homebuyer Education class will help you determine if homeownership is right for you. You will learn the pros and cons of owning your home, how to assess your current financial situation, the timeline and steps in the homebuying process, how much you can afford to spend, key members of the homebuyer team, and so much more. This class has a $99 value and satisfies the HUD Homebuyer Education Class requirement.
