Supercharging for Success: The 2025 Spring Bank On Learning Series for Coalition Leaders

This learning session will offer coalition leaders strategies and tools to manage their Bank On coalitions with a clear purpose and direction. Participants will learn how to maximize coalition meetings to improve outcomes; identify and leverage members’ strengths towards coalition goals; and learn when and how to give their coalition a boost to bring back members to the focus of the coalition’s mission.
